"Kirsten became such an important part of my life, almost from the moment I emailed her! I am eternally gratefully that she was able to find space for me and I was fiercely protective of this time in my calendar, which showed me just how highly valued our sessions were. What I Offer

I specialise in psychodynamic therapy which is the exploration of the unconscious as well as the conscious. When problems arise, they are often the symptoms of deeply rooted traumas, past experiences or learned behavior from childhood. Psychodynamic therapy can help you discover and understand the root causes of your feelings and how they are affecting your life in the present. Therapy can help you to explore and gain the necessary insight into how we are conditioned and therefore how we relate to others and to different situations in our current life stage. This can help us to make necessary changes to how we process information and therefore respond, both physically and through our own thought process.
